We make truffle boxes once a year. This tradition started 15 years ago when my Dad needed a gift for his clients. He wanted to have something hand-made that would be appreciated by all.

Chocolate it is!

We have grown significantly over the last decade and basically changed everything since the beginning when we were young and naive. A few of the original flavors are still here but recipes, techniques and design have improved for the better!

We start planning and ordering in October. November is for prep and the start of production. This is a very long process, making all 16 fillings, scooping, rolling,  buffing and perfecting, the whole family helps! By December 1st Truffles are ready to go! We usually sell out by Christmas between pick ups, hand delivering and shipping.
