Easter is a huge celebration in my family. Our extended family gathers at my parents and we usually end up with around 40 people. Everyone in my family cooks — so much good food, a lot of wine and and tons of love. It’s a favorite holiday for us. So, if you celebrate Easter — or even if you don’t — we’re sending out happy thoughts to you all.
